She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Laws from Thammasat and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Chulalongkorn.  She worked in finance and banking industry for 8 years before joining the firm in 1991.  Her expertises are in taxation, securities laws and financial transactions including debt restructuring and rehabiitation, corporate and commercial laws as well as arbitration.
